Minneriya

The wildlife in the Minneriya National Park, which is dedicated to elephants, is also beautiful. It has the main elephant gathering in the entire of Asia. You can take a jeep safari there to see monkeys, iguanas, crocodiles, pelicans, and other animals and birds in their natural environment. The ghostly vestiges of Polonnaruwa are home to the Potgul vihara – a well-established library with vaults for rooftops that hold consecrated books and a talk theater. The everlasting city has wonderful scenes for pictures. For instance, one of Sri Lanka’s five reservoirs, the Parakrama Samudra, has been providing people with water since ancient times.
